FARM
With more than 20 years of experience in honeybee breeding and continuous growth, IVY HONEY has made impressive strides. From 2019 to 2022, the company expanded its beekeeping operation from 2,000 beekeeping boxes to over 9,000 boxes—an impressive number that gradually asserts the company’s position in the market.
The bees raised on IVY HONEY's nomadic farms are Italian bees (Apis mellifera ligustica), also known as foreign honeybees. This breed is renowned for its high honey output and excellent honey quality. In Europe and the Americas, Italian bees have been kept for a long time. Vietnam introduced this bee breed around 1970, and it has since become the primary honeybee breed for export.
IVY HONEY's farms are typically located in quiet mountainous areas with ideal weather, soil conditions, and large spaces suitable for dense bee colonies. These raw material areas feature diverse flower species and are minimally affected by human activities. Most importantly, the farms are situated far from polluting factories, creating an ideal environment for honeybee colonies to grow, thrive, and produce high-quality honey.
A key advantage of IVY HONEY Co., Ltd.'s farms is the implementation of an advanced beekeeping model that minimizes disruption to bees during harvesting. The honey produced is non-GMO, antibiotic-free, and free from pesticide residues, fully compliant with VietGAHP standards. As a result, bees develop naturally in favorable living conditions, producing delicious, safe honey products that customers can trust and enjoy with complete confidence.
FACTORY
With a selection process adhering to ISO 22000:2018 standards and strict controls, raw honey from the company's farms is carefully concentrated. The honey is classified and sampled to evaluate each factor thoroughly before entering intensive production.
IVY HONEY's processing factory is equipped with an automated machinery system and a closed-loop process for all production stages. The process begins with coarse filtration, followed by launching, yeast treatment, and anti-crystallization. The honey is then placed in a vacuum environment specifically designed for preservation. Finally, the pouring stage ensures the product retains its nutrients and is stored optimally before reaching customers.

PRODUCTS
The natural honey products at IVY include coffee blossom honey, latex leaf honey, melaleuca honey, wildflower honey, multi-flower honey, forest honey, mint honey, and other honey blends such as turmeric honey and saffron pistachio honey. Each type of nectar has its own characteristic flavor and is rich in nutritional value, making it highly beneficial for both beauty and health. All honey is harvested on seasonal nomadic farms while strictly complying with VietGAHP management standards to prevent any negative impact on the quality of the harvested products.
The harvested honey is fully ripened and collected during the blooming season to ensure maximum quality. After harvesting, it undergoes several processing stages, including filtering, yeast treatment, and water reduction (removing water content to less than 19%) to enhance its value and extend storage time.
Each type of honey is certified for product quality under TCVN 12605:2019 standards for honey products, including coffee blossom honey, mint honey, multi-flower honey, and forest honey.
