RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 24 hours from the time of receipt.

Cases eligible for return or exchange:

Requirements for returned or exchanged products:

• Products must be in their original packaging, with original seals and intact as received. Products should show no signs of use; if any signs of use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
• Customers must bring the receipt or delivery note when returning or exchanging products.

Return and exchange costs:

• If customers request to return or exchange goods, shipping costs will be charged.

Refund policy:

• We will refund 100% of the product price after re-evaluating the quality of the goods.

Refund methods include:

• Bank transfer.
• Cash refund on the next delivery.

• Customers can send the products to our store address through carriers like GHTK, Viettel Post, etc.
