RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 24 hours from the time of receipt.
Cases eligible for return or exchange:
- Products with defects caused by the manufacturer.
- Products with poor quality due to manufacturing or preservation issues.
Requirements for returned or exchanged products:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with original seals and intact as received. Products should show no signs of use; if any signs of use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
- Customers must bring the receipt or delivery note when returning or exchanging products.
Return and exchange costs:
- If customers request to return or exchange goods, shipping costs will be charged.
Refund policy:
- We will refund 100% of the product price after re-evaluating the quality of the goods.
Refund methods include:
- Bank transfer.
- Cash refund on the next delivery.
