Delivery policy - goods inspection

I. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After receiving your order confirmation, we will promptly ship the goods to you as soon as possible. To facilitate the delivery and ensure the goods reach you quickly, please provide detailed and accurate information about your address, including house number, street name, ward, village, hamlet, group, zone, commune, town, district, province, etc. We reserve the right to cancel unclear orders or not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Time:

- Delivery within 2-3 days for addresses in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong.
- For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, delivery will be within 3-5 days.
- Other areas in the North: 7-10 days (depending on weather conditions).
- Central and Southern regions: 5-7 days.
- The above commitment time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- For urgent orders, please notify our sales staff immediately to arrange the delivery time with our delivery department.
- If you pay by bank transfer or postal service, we will ship the goods as soon as the order payment is confirmed.

We currently apply the following shipping methods:

1. Ivy Honey Staff Direct Delivery:** This method applies only to orders delivered within the following areas of Ho Chi Minh City: Inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. Delivery time is from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, depending on the delivery route.

2. Postal Delivery:
   - Nationwide delivery.
   - The Post Office guarantees home delivery, and customers have the right to open and check the goods before paying the Post Office. Please contact us immediately if there are additional charges or home delivery is not provided.

3. Delivery through other carriers (mainly: Economical Delivery):
   - Nationwide delivery within the service range of the third-party provider.
   - Guaranteed home delivery, and customers have the right to check the goods before paying the carrier. Please contact us immediately if there are additional charges or home delivery is not provided.

II. Inspection Policy:

Notes upon receiving goods:

- Please carefully check the goods and compare them with the order details before receiving them. After successful delivery and payment, if there are any discrepancies, we will apply the product return policy.
- The delivery time may be earlier or later than expected due to reasons such as: Unable to contact the customer, incorrect address, bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen incidents from the carrier. In case of issues from Tiệm Phố Núi or the carrier, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not received the goods, please provide feedback so we can take quick corrective action. While waiting for the goods, if you wish to change your order (change the product, no longer want the goods, etc.), but the goods have not been shipped yet, please contact Tiệm Phố Núi so we can resolve the issue with the delivery service.
