• Take 1–2 teaspoons directly in the morning or around 30 minutes before bedtime.

• Mix with warm water at approximately 40°C. Lemon or additional honey may be added to taste.

• Can be combined with yoghurt, fresh milk, or turmeric for a natural skincare mask.

• Use regularly as part of your daily wellness routine.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 22–27°C.

• Refrigeration is possible; however, the product may crystallise below 21°C. To liquefy, place the bottle in warm water at 45–50°C.

• Keep away from high heat sources such as stoves, ovens, and operating electronic devices.

• Do not use if the product changes colour or develops an unusual smell.

• Not suitable for children under 12 months old or individuals allergic to any ingredient in the product.
